An eCommerce Sanity Check
After the peaks and troughs of recent times, our very own Lucy Marcus has been invited to take part in a panel debate to act as a Sanity Check for all involved in the e(merging?) eBusiness marketplace. This session is being run by the eCommerce Group of the Computing Services & Software Association.
The scene will be set with a brief presentation outlining a view of the long term prognosis for eCommerce and the Internet. We are currently experiencing the Internet Stoneage, we’ve invented the wheel but have a long way to go before we reach the Renaissance. Most importantly…
- How do we get from here to there?
- Can we get there?
- How do we get there?
- When will we get there (mum).
- What shall / will / should we do if we get there?
In the hope of generating a little festive debate and controversy, CSSA have invited a panel representatives from a cross section of eCommerce professionals including:
- Lucy P Marcus, Founding MD of Marcus Venture Consulting and HighTech
Women… - Felicia Jackson, CEO of netimperative…
- Nigel Hickson, Head of eBusiness Group at CBI (on secondment from
